MY TWO MAJOR PHILOSOPHIES ABOUT MAKING MONEY
-
Jim Rohn, my
favorite personal growth coach, taught:
"Wages make you
a living, profits make you a fortune."
In other words,
being an employee can make you a living, being a business
owner can make you a fortune. And, furthermore, I assert
that it is easier to make a fortune than it is to make a
living. A good example is a networking associate of mine
who at 28 years old became a multimillionaire. When he was 20
years old I began mentoring him at his request.
At the time he was working for a
moving company working 12 hours a day for $10 per hour
making a living... now that's hard work. Today, he works
maybe 12 hours a week and earns more in a month than most
people earn in three years.
That's the power of a mentor
and the leveraged income you can receive from MLM Network
Marketing. It only makes sense to get paid for the rest
of your life for the work you do today.
A job pays you
for one hour of your time and that's it... nothing more.
Robert Kiyosaki the best selling author and lecturer of
the Rich Dad -- Poor Dad series of books including The
Cash Flow Quadrant suggests that the richest people in
the world are business owners and investors who build networks that produce residual (passive or recurring)
income... while everyone else looks for work as employees
and professionals which [at best] creates slave
wages. Robert also suggests in his Perfect Business Audio
CD that MLM Network Marketing is the best/fastest way to
move into the Business Owner and/or Investor quadrant.
Thousands of opportunities are available that will pay
you week-after-week, month-after-month, and
year-after-year for the rest of your life for putting in
just one hour of your time. Why would you do anything else with
your time when you can get paid a Lifetime Income from
the work you do today??
During my many years business
career I've found that the MLM Network Marketing
business model offers the best return on your TIME and
MONEY investment.
Think about it for a minute... let's
say you put in 100 hours and $1,000 into building an
ongoing income for yourself from an MLM Network Marketing
opportunity. And your 100 hours work is valued at
$20 per hour resulting in $2,000 in time invested and
$1,000 in cash for a total of $3,000. Now, let's say you
earn $40 a month for the next 20 years from that
investment. That would be an annual return on your
investment of 16% and a 20 year return on your investment
of 384%... where could you find a better investment
anywhere??!?!
Put another way... let's say you worked
ONLY ONE HOUR and for that one hour you got paid 1 cent
per hour 24 hours a day 7 days a week for the next 20
years. That would be $1,752 for that one hour's work.

Your time has a
monetary value to you personally and to the marketplace.
The more value you place on your personal time the wiser
choices and decisions you will make in how you invest and
spend your time.
A person working at a fast food
restaurant has a marketplace value of about $6 per hour.
And, unfortunately, people working at those places
probably value their personal time at about the same
level. Therefore, the decisions and choices they make
about how and where they will spend their time will most
likely provide them with equal value.
This is so
important to understand.
Today, I personally value my
time at $1,500 per hour. When I learned this secret of
success I valued my time at $100 per hour. The impact it
had on how, where, and what I would spend my valuable
time on was incredible. It changed my entire life, it
changed my income, it changed my outlook on life, etc. I
hope you will value your time much the same so that
you'll make the best choices and decisions about where
you will spend your time and effort.
When choosing an MLM
Network Marketing program there are many factors to look
at... one of the most important is to make sure that the
time and money you do invest will pay you for
the rest of your life. Less than 1 out of 500 companies stay in business. So, remember what you are worth and how
much you value your personal time... and choose
wisely.
